The Famagusta Open Report 2009 

PANTHEA HOLIDAY VILLAGE

 The 3^rd Famagusta open darts tournament took place at the Panthea Holiday Village in Ayia Napa on the weekend of the 21^st February & was attended by approx 90 players from around the island.

 

DOUBLES

The Doubles qualifying rounds of the men’s & ladies were played on the evening of Saturday 21^st of February.

Pafos Darts league Members

Charles Turrell (MESOGI A) Billy Markham (BANDANAS 180)  won through to the men’s doubles finalists.

Amanda Sanderson (ALECOS PEYIA) Wendy Oates (BANDANAS 180) going through as the ladies doubles finalists.

                            Sunday Night finals of the doubles were both hard fought and finished with

                                           

         Amanda & Wendy Won                   3 legs to 2    Against   Anne Rose & Wendy Riman         

                                                

Charles & Billy lost to PAFOS DARTS LEAGUE OPEN 2009 doubles winners Andreas Laos & Ermos Korradou from Limassol.

 The singles for the Men and Ladies began at midday on Sunday with the following members of Pafos Darts League taking part.
