Welcome to the Pafos Darts League Home Page. 

The 4th of April saw the Finals of the Men's Singles, Ladies Singles and the Pairs Finals for both the Pafos darts League and the Invitation League with the  Presentation of  Trophies for the 2008/2009 Season. .A full report of the games can be found by clicking on the picture on the left. This bought to an end the Third successful year for the league. This season has seen the Pafos Darts League  sending their top Teams to Lanaca and Limassol and hosting two home town team matches against Larnaca and Limassol  and by holding their first open darts tournament. The PDL open tournament sponsored by Timbertech saw fifty six men’s singles entrants and eight ladies enter on Saturday 24^th January and twenty two pairs entered the doubles competition on the Sunday.The eventual winner of the men’s singles was Ermos Karradou from Limassol beating Paul Deacon from Pafos 4-2 over the best of seven legs. The runners up were Tony Croxford and Riccos.The ladies singles final was an all Pafos affair and won by Amanda Sanderson who beat Lorraine McCormack 4-2. Runners up were Anne Rose and Therese Allen.On Sunday 25^th January the doubles winners were Ermos Karradou and Andreas Laos who beat Clive Ford and Mick Williams. The runners up were Mick Saggs and Carl Wood and Wayne Madeley and Chris Kolas. 

                         In the first inter town match versus Larnaca, the Pafos Darts League (PDL) ‘A’team came out winners and the ’B’ team managed a draw. In the second match versus Limassol the result was not so good with both ‘A’ and ‘B’ teams losing out.

              The 3^rd Famagusta open darts tournament took place at the Panthea Holiday Village in Ayia Napa on the weekend of the 21^st February & was attended by approx 90 players from around the island. The Pafos Members virtually won all comers with Steve Claxton winning George Tripiniotis from Famagusta 3-0, Amanda Sanderson winning Maria Kavalierou also from Famagusta 3-0 in their singles finals. In the Pairs Amanda Sanderson and Wendy Oates won the Ladies with Charles Turrell and Billy Markham ending as runners up in the Mens Pairs another great achievement for  the league.
